1 General Provisions

jara9 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jara9 and the user. This agreement comes into effect when you register on our platform or begin using the services.

In these Terms, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to jara9; "you" or "user" refers to any registered member or visitor.

jara9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account at jara9 and use any of its services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. jara9 may request identity documents to verify age and reserves the right to immediately close any account found to belong to a minor.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and cancellation of any pending payments. If your information changes, you are required to notify our support team as soon as possible.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jara9 may at any time request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification (Know Your Customer). Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

3 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Ensure that your login credentials (username, password) are not disclosed to any third party. jara9 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
• Exercise extra caution when logging in from public devices or networks.
• jara9 uses SSL encryption to ensure data security; however, the security of the user's own device remains the user's responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

jara9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Third-party payment methods are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required or in the event of banking system issues.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Any active wagering requirements on your account must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Try to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit — a different method may require additional verification.

4.5 Source of Funds

Funds deposited at jara9 must come from legal and legitimate sources. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jara9 offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is calculated at 25 times the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time (unless jara9 explicitly states otherwise).
• jara9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus in the event of manipulation or misuse of the bonus system.
• jara9 may change the terms of any promotion or cancel a promotion at any time.
• Bonus offers apply only to the user in whose name the account is registered.

5.4 VIP Program

jara9 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%. jara9 will communicate the detailed terms related to VIP separately.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. jara9 reserves the right to make corrections in the event of payments or bonuses displayed incorrectly due to technical errors.

6.2 System Errors

jara9 will not be held liable for any losses caused by server outages, network disconnections, or other technical issues. However, jara9 will make every effort to resolve the issue and provide fair compensation.

6.3 Fair Play

jara9 ensures fair play across all games. If any user uses software, bots, or any other automated method to influence outcomes, their account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be voided.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sports authority. jara9 reserves the final right to determine results at its own discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jara9 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Syndicated betting for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Use of automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or any other cyber attack on any part of the platform.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in jara9 permanently closing the account, forfeiting all balances, and taking legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

10.2 Suspension by jara9

jara9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or dishonesty.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• The need for a security investigation.

In the event of account suspension, any decision regarding the account balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

jara9 is not liable for the following:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses arising from security issues with the user's own device.
• Delays or failures by third-party services (payment gateways, banks).
• External factors such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jara9 is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. The maximum compensation limit for any dispute will be equal to the amount in question.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

12.1 Right to Make Changes

jara9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you via your registered email or through a platform notification.
